To experience Tamarine in a private setting, the restaurant is pleased to offer different elegant private dining options that can seat from 6 to 120 guests. The restaurant features several exquisite menu choices, comprised of Chef Tammy’s signature dishes, or the option to work with private dining representatives to create a menu custom tailored to your event.
Tamarine’s private dining experts will be delighted to create custom floral arrangements, organize a pre-dinner wine tasting with the Sommelier, custom print menus for the event and arrange for guests to meet the chef during the course of your dinner. Prix-Fixe Menus
Our prix-fixe menus may be customized to accommodate all tastes and preferences, as well as meet dietary preferences of guests who are gluten-free, pescatarian, vegan, vegetarian and lactose intolerant. All private dining menus are custom-printed on fine paper and presented at each guest place setting with your event heading or logo.
Dinner with Chef Tammy and Sommelier as Hosts
Ask us about a unique dining experience with a special menu created by Executive Chef Tammy. The dinner includes 5-course meal with Chef Tammy describing each dish to you and your guests. Wine pairing with each course is presented and described by our Sommelier. (Limited availability).
Main Dining Room
With views of University Avenue through a wall of sliding glass panels, our Main Dining Room offers spaces for semi-private and private dining groups up to 60 guests. Your guests will enter the space through dramatic velvet theatre drapes and enter a space that may be set up with a number of table configurations, including cocktail receptions, square tables, a single long table and a multiple-row table configuration.
Vung Tau Room
For a more intimate setting, our Vung Tau Dining Room is available for private dining for groups up to 35. Your guests will be led to the Vung Tau Room where they will enter through two layers of velvet theatre drapes to a serene space. The room accommodates a number of event configurations including cocktail receptions, square tables, a single long table and a multiple-row table configuration.
Bar Dining Room
Tamarine’s Bar Dining Room is the ideal space for hosting a stylish cocktail reception for groups of 30-100. The room’s flickering glow from its dangling teardrop crystal chandeliers, expansive full bar, built-in high tables and booth seating create the perfect setting for sipping unique cocktails, savoring delicious hors d’oeuvres and enjoying the soothing downtempo music.
